In the horse riding area, several thoroughbreds, miniature horses, and drag horses are kept, and visitors can experience horse riding. 2] A trolley horse-drawn wagon train operates on the grounds for sightseeing. The farm also offers “sightseeing” tours of production areas (dairy, forests, etc.) with guides who actually work on the farm. Tractor bus tours mainly focus on mountain forest areas, guiding visitors through the landscape, magnificent pastures, and rare flora and fauna, while nature walks and treks on foot are offered throughout the four seasons. The regular bus tours mainly focus on the dairy farming and manufacturing areas, but also include a natural refrigerator, Japan’s oldest brick silo, a number of buildings designated as important cultural properties, biomass business scenes, and a tour of the “Hosho Forest” business, which is rare both in Japan and overseas.
